Cover everyone in your care, under one plan.
Guardian gives every person on your roster the full Hum safety app — panic button, live location with their Circle, check-ins — paid for by your organization. They never enter a card. You get one bill.
What will it cost?
Drag to your group size. Volume pricing applies automatically — you never ask for a discount.
Pay by card. Change seat count any time — increases are prorated, decreases take effect at your next renewal.
Three steps, and everyone's covered
Pick how many people you're covering and pay by card — monthly or annually. Seats are yours to assign.
Type in phone numbers, or paste a list straight from your HR or student system — we never text a number you add, so the portal hands you an invite to send yourself. Only have email addresses? Those work too, and we'll email each person a claim link.
When someone signs up with a number on your roster, their account upgrades itself. Already using Hum? They're upgraded the moment you add them.
For whoever runs it
- A roster you can paste a spreadsheet into, showing who has claimed their seat and who hasn't
- Add or remove people any time — a removed seat frees up immediately for someone else
- Share the work: invite co-administrators, and hand the whole organization over if you move on
- A group in the app holding exactly your roster — nobody can join it from outside, and by default a member's panic or high alert reaches it
- A log of every change: who added or removed whom, seat and billing changes, and when
- Invoices, receipts and card changes handled by Stripe
- Sensitive changes ask you to confirm it's you with a code, so a borrowed laptop isn't enough
- One bill, one renewal, one number for finance
For every person you cover
- The complete Hum+ experience, at no cost to them
- No card, no billing details, no invoice in their name
- Their account is theirs — their Circle, their location settings, their history
- You don't see their location, their contacts, or their messages — the roster shows you that a seat was claimed, and that is all it shows
- They are in the organization's group for as long as they hold a seat, and can't leave it — so an alert they raise can reach the people you've put there
- If they leave, they keep access for a week, then drop to the free plan — never a hard cut-off mid-emergency
Built for groups who look out for each other
Questions people ask first
Does each person have to pay anything?
No. Guardian is billed entirely to your organization. The people you cover never enter a card and never see an invoice — they just sign up with their phone number and find themselves on the full plan.
Can we see where our members are?
No, and that isn't a setting you can turn on. Live location is shared only with the people each member picks for their own Circle, never with you, and your roster shows only that a seat was claimed. A safety app that reported to an employer would be a worse safety app. What you do get is the group below: if a member raises a panic or a high alert, it reaches the group — that's the point of covering them — and anything they choose to post there, they chose to post.
Does everyone end up in a group together?
Yes. Your organization gets one group in the app, and it holds exactly your roster — there's no invite code, no join request, no way in from outside the list you're paying for. A member joins it when their seat claims and stays while they hold the seat; they can't leave it, which is a real imposition and worth saying plainly. It's what makes the cover real: an admin who can't rely on reaching everyone has bought a mailing list, not a safety net. Panic and high alerts reach the group by default, and an admin can turn that off. Take someone off the roster and they're out of the group immediately.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove them from the roster and the seat frees immediately for someone else. They keep their Hum+ features for a further week, then move to the free plan — their account, Circle and history stay theirs. The grace period is deliberate: nobody should lose a safety feature the same hour their job ends.
Can we add people mid-term?
Yes. If you have spare seats, adding someone costs nothing extra. If you need more seats, the increase is prorated to your current period and charged straight away. Reducing your seat count takes effect at your next renewal — you keep what you've already paid for until then.
What does annual billing actually save?
Two months. You're charged for ten months up front and covered for twelve, on top of whatever volume band your seat count already puts you in.
Who is allowed to cancel or change the plan?
Only the owner — the person the organization belongs to — can cancel or hand it to someone else. Other administrators can run the roster, buy seats and update the card, which means the person who pays isn't locked out of their own payment method. Ownership can be transferred at any time, so the plan doesn't get stranded when someone leaves.
